A work bench is a type of table used in which is used woodworking, metalworking, depending up on which work of a specific nature may take place. The workbench can be of any size and shape. Generally these kinds of workbench are made in a rectangular shape because this is a perfect shape for doing any work or keep any thing on it. These work benches can be made according to the individual's preferences. Workbenches can be of any thing such as wood or steel. People can also design this work bench according to their requirement and want.

Square off both ends and match the lengths at about 47.5 inches. Lay them out on edge face to face with their best edge up. Build up the legs and cross braces. Measure the distance from the floor to the point of individual pelvis bone. This is for the work to reduce back strain.
